Beej Yoga (GARBHA SANSKAR)

Online sessions are conducted for pregnant ladies for better health of Mother and Baby. In these sessions , along with basic concepts of Pregnancy , Food, Yoga , Garbha samvad , Yoganidra are included.

 

Garbha sanskar is one of the important sanskaras stated in the text. It includes diet, yogasana, pranayama, meditation and some specific medines which are given at each stage of pregnancy. We conduct online sessions for pregnant woman. This is unique 10 session designed program which includes information and guidance for mindful growth and development of baby.
